This kit contains everything you need to fix M5 up to M12 and 1/4 to 1/2 UNC sized threads, including high-quality stainless steel helical inserts. Quickly and efficiently restore threads to their full strength, ensuring long-lasting and reliable results. 261 PC Kit consisting of. Everything in a handy storage box to allow you to repair damaged thread. Drill out the damaged thread using the correctly sized drill bit provided.
Tap drilled hole using screw tap provided. Load thread insert into installation tool.
Screw insert into threaded hole. Remove the tang from the insert using the breaking pin tool. Thread is repaired and ready to use. Included metric size's are. M5 x 0.8 with 25 stainless steel helicoils.
M6 x 1.0 with 25 stainless steel helicoils. M8 x 1.25 with 25 stainless steel helicoils. M10 x 1.5 with 25 stainless steel helicoils.
